Here are my favorite camera phones, those combining good camera features but also a good set of other features.
1) Nokia N90
This "Twist & Shoot" camera phone can be switched to a video camera or a still camera in a snap. It takes 2-megapixel pictures and the quality is surprising for a phone, probably due to Carl-Zeiss optics. It also boasts an excellent speakerphone and a good set of features
2) Nokia 6682
Bulky might be one of the only default of the Nokia 6682. But it features an outstanding built-in speakerphone, full set of features, good display, Bluetooth and a megapixel camera.
3) Samsung a950
The Samsung a950 sports numerous features including: a better than average battery life, a speakerphone, EV-DO broadband data, Video On Demand, a megapixel digital camera and Bluetooth.
