The Igia Pore Cleanser uses negative pressure (suction) against the skin. To treat aging skin first wash the face and neck with a good exfoliating scrub. Then rinse. While the skin is still wet use the Pore Cleanser to apply suction to the skin of the face, gliding it along slowly so that it tugs on the skin. The result is pink, healthy, plumped-up, glowing skin. If you try this and your face is a little too pink don't worry, it'll settle down in a few minutes. Your face glows because you have drawn circulation up to the capillaries near the skin surface. I've found that doing this treatment three times a week significantly reduces wrinkling. The device also tightens and firms up skin, and seems to also work at tightening beneath the skin surface. To reduce sagging I make sure to glide it along my hairline, in front of and behind the ears, under the chin, across the throat, above and beneath the eyebrows. I have also eliminated the wrinkles caused by sun damage on my chest below my throat with just 3 treatments. I have also eliminated the tiny lines that had formed on my upper lip (I'm 42) with continued use.
