The holiday season is approaching and I am busy listing my holiday lights on eBay.  When purchasing from my distributor they have a larger selection of LED lights than last year so what is so great about LED lights.  First L.E.D. stand for Light Emitting Diode.  LED lights have been around and have recently been developed to provide various colors and increased brightness levels that they are gaining immense popularity.  The only drawback of LED lights is the cost, but if you consider the benefits of not having to replace holiday lights every two years or the time it takes to maintain your holiday lights, this is a great alternative.  Here are the benefits of LED lights:

5.  Environmentally friendly.  Less energy benefits the environment

6.  Safety and security:  Cool to the touch.  Transmits only the light NOT the heat.  A far safer light source.
