Ben Coates is one of my favorite New England Patriots and the Ben Coates Jersey is a classic New England Patriots Jersey. My preference is strongly for the old school Patriots jerseys which are dark blue, feature white lettering with red backing, and the Patriot head upon each shoulder. Though I am a big Patriots fan, I really don't care for the current jerseys (other than the winning that comes along with it!). The Ben Coates jersey is a classic Patriots jersey with Coates' #87 on the front and back. Until Tony Gonzalez, Ben Coates was statistically the most productive tight end with 96 receptions in 1994. He now is the 4th all time leading receiver among tight ends!
