Belt buckles are a hot fashion right now.  You can see them on all the hollywood stars from rappers to rockers and everyone in between.  They wear them whenever they appear on television and in magazines.  From name buckles to western buckles - they wear them all.

The question is:  Are they right for you?  Buckles look great on most every one.  You must take care in choosing the right size buckle for your body.  If you have a small frame, a huge 6 x 4" buckle may not be right for you.  You may want to opt for something a little smaller.

Aways know the dimensions of the buckle prior to purchasing.  As with any item, a buckle can appear larger or smaller than actual size in a picture, so it's best to verify.

Belts.  Another factor when deciding on a buckle purchase is whether or not your buckle comes with a free belt.  If it does - great.  This saves you the worry of where you will get a belt from and if your buckle will fit.  If not - be sure to get the dimensions of the buckle hoop so you know the correct width belt to get.  On average most snap belts come in a standard 1.5" width and will fit any buckle.  There are some children's size snap belts which will not fit an adult size buckle.

Belts 2.  Is the belt leather?  This is a question to ask.  You want longevity for your item.  Leather will last longer and allow to wear and enjoy your buckle over and over.

Belts 3.  Size is important.  Most snap belts come in sizes S-4X.  When you get you a belt for your buckle remember that is does not fit the same way a standard belt will.  Depending on the size of your buckle, you will actually be adding a few extra inches to the length of the belt.  As a rule it's usually best to go by the size chart for the belt or ask seller for measurements.  If you fall in between sizes go a size up.  It's better to have a slightly larger belt than one that is too small.  The beauty of these snap belts is that you can easily have extra holes punched in the leather if necessary.

If you can dream it up there is probably a one for you.  From large buckles to small buckles, from pretty buckles to ugly buckles, and even pretty ugly buckles - there is one for you.
