This guide is about believing in yourself and your attitude.
This really takes some effort to do this and believe this. So what you can do and what I was taught ,"Fake it till You Make it." In other words in time you'll begin believing things about yourself, your abilities, what you can be and what you can do.
You have to no where to begin and what you can start saying and repeating to yourself.
You can start with these if you would like:
"I am good"
"I am smart"
"I love myself"
I believe these are great for starters and eventually you can begin to add other positive statements like these above. Say them over and over, post them on the wall. The best way I found is using post-its and sticking them anywhere even stick them to a wall, bathroom mirror, wherever where you will see them and think of those positive affirmations. The way a person talks to themselves is very important. You can help or hurt yourself by the words you speak to yourself.
Talk to yourself the way you would comfort a good friend, your spouse or any loved one close to you. It's about learning to take care of yourself and loving yourself.
Trust yourself and trust people and I think you will be surprised of the outcome.
Believing in yourself.....I hope anyone who reads this guide that these words will help them change the way people think and see themselves as good, okay, loveable, sweet, kind, etc...!!!
