Be sure to check the warranty seal or email for a picture of it. If it is dug up or creased in any way then it has been opened or tampered with. Microsoft will not touch the XBOX after this. The sticker should be shiny and not dug up or moved in any way.
To access it pop the front cover off starting at the bottom. The sticker is under there.
