I, being a new ebay user was scamed out of the $5900.00 for the boat (Jan. 2006). Everything seemed so real .You always say "No I couldn't be scammed, I'm to smart". They where even able to link me to a "Square Trade" sight. I did immediately inform ebay and the other email providers such as hot mail and verizon when I found the boat listed under new email accounts. I even informed the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3.gov) and have recieved paperwork to fill out from the Embassy of the United States in Buchearest Romania thru the FBI"s legal attache where they believe that the fraud took place. I may not get my money back from the loser who wont work for his money, but I'm not going to take it lying down. Let's put a stop to these losers. They are even trying it on large manual equipment and machinery, Luckily I've was informed that time around. Use "Full Headers" to find where the emails came from. If it sounds to good to be true than its a fraud, gauranteed! I should know "Been There, Been Had!
