Beading Tips & Tricks : Beading Options
Question:
How do you DECIDE what to use, what weight etc to STRING the necklaces/bracelets, earrings etc?
Answer:
It is always a good rule of thumb to use the strongest wire that will fit through all of the beads that you are using. The most common beading wire sizes are .018, .015, and .012. If you can fit .020 through your beads, you can use that also. 7 strand is a reasonably prices choice, but if you want more flexibility and strength, you can use 19 strand or higher.
