Everyone has some psychic ability. Just as we can all see the color red or taste sugar; if one human can experience something, all can likewise to some degree (not withstanding incapacitation). For example, with a bit of practice you can purse your lips and whistle a suffering note or two but only those who have mastered this skill can whistle solo for a choir.

When it comes to psychic skill, some are strong & some are weak but everyone has it.

Perhaps you had a quick thought and a nearby light bulb blew out. Maybe you were late for work and you MADE that car ahead of you move over and let you by with your force of mind & will. Maybe you had a dream of the future that came true or you KNEW that someone was looking at you.

How many times have lottery winners said that they saw their winning numbers "...in a dream"?

The point is that everyone has this 'psychic muscle'. If you flex, it will blossom. Here's a fairly easy way to strengthen your psychic ability:

Go to a public place and sit where you can easily lots of people yet remain unnoticed. Sitting in your car at a fast food joint at night and looking through the windows would be an excellent choice.

Choose one person in the crowd. If you're a man, pick a woman and vice-versa. Concentrate and focus upon him/her and begin to mentally command them to scratch their nose.

Keep at it.

You should have a sort of internal conversation with them, saying: 'Scratch! Your nose itches. Scratch it! Touch your nose! SCRATCH IT!'

As you mentally command your subject with your will, you should also activate your sexual center at the base of your spine/pelvis. Take a few deep breaths. Rock your hips a bit, touch your crotch for a moment and charge up your sexual battery with a thought or two. Nothing drastic but rev up your sexual energy level.

The combination of sexual energy and focused, directed thought will carry your command!

Keep at it. It'll take a few minutes. Just rev up, focus and mentally command your stranger.

They will suddenly reach up and scratch their nose!

Don't pick a common act such adjusting a bra strap or shifting weight. These are performed endlessly by people and it's not a good indicator of your skill. (Be warned, if you try to make your subject turn to look at you, prepare to meet their gaze!)

Instead, pick a command that is a bit out of the ordinary. Perhaps they should pull an ear or scratch the elbow. When your subject performs and carries out your (uncommon) command, you'll have proof that your will was intercepted by the subject and acted upon.

This exercise is a great way to train your mind. With continued practice the ability becomes stronger. You'll find it easier to reach out and 'touch' someone with your psychic mind each time you try. Plus, it's fun to turn a stranger into your (temporary) psychic puppet!
