For you that live in a hot and moist climate I am sure there is a mold issue about keeping your tiles clean and free from mold. I have found that using pure clorine, that is used in pool maintenance works great! Just find your local pool supply house and ask for liquid clorine and put this in a spray bottle (Mark it so you know what it is) and apply it on dry tiles. Let this set for up to 2-3 hours and it kills the mold and makes your grout white again. all you do it rinse the tiles with water and your done. Easy and safe. no scrubing!!
