There are many times in blogland or on your listings that you want or need to use HTML codes.

When I first started learning about HTML and the basics of it I never thought I would remember it all.   Now most of it comes to me without a cheat-sheet.

So here is a cheat sheet to help you out as well.

These are some basic codes that you can use in your ebay blog or your auction listings.

<font size=6>this will be written in large text.</font>

<font size=2>this will be written in small text.</font>

<font color=red>this will be written in red colored text.</font>

See how I put the words between the brackets in the opening and closing of what you want to follow the rule of the HTML code.

You can use the name of any color that you want or you can use the HEX value # of the color.

<u>Underlines</u>

<b>Boldface</b>

<i>Italic</i>

<center>Centers</center>

If you want to insert a photo that you already have the url for.  You can use photobucket for free to do this.  Just up load your picture onto the site and it will give you the URL to copy and paste.

<img src=" ">

Just insert the URL of your picture between the  " ".

 <blockquote>Indents text from both sides.</blockquote>

If you want to end the line without continuing you need to add a simple <BR>

But if you want to add an empty line between paragraphs just add an extra <BR>

If you want to turn your hyper link so it will open to a fresh new page use this code.

<a href="add page url here"TARGET="_blank">WHAT YOU WANT YOUR HYPERLINK TO SAY</A>

so it looks like this.  <a href=" "TARGET="_blank"> </a>

To turn your email into a hyperlink try this.

<a href="mailto:email@yahoo.com">EMAIL ME HERE </a>

Hope that helps with some of your basic HTML codes that you will need to use with your blog or your ebay listings.
