Bare Escentuals RARE MINERALS - What's the scoop?

Are you wondering if Bare Escentuals' newest 'breakthrough product' is as good as they say?  I was.  So, after 30 days of use, here's the detailed report ...

My own biggest concerns were the idea of wearing a powdery makeup to bed (will it get on my sheets/pillowcases ... will I look made up, like I'm wearing makeup to bed ... will it dry my skin - how can it be hydrating if it's a powder ... should I get the clear, the light the medium or the tan?) ... and, of course, will it work ...  how well will it work ... and last but not least ... is it really worth the money?

My personal finding is that this is a WONDERFUL product that I love and will most definitely continue to use.  I started by trying the 'medium', which I found to be a little bit too 'makeup-like' for bedtime, so I skipped the light and went straight to the clear, which I love.  It has a very slight color to it but goes on sheer, does not make me look 'made up' at all ... yet, I definitely know my skin looks and feels better with it on. 

You have to remember, it is not a powder, it is crushed minerals, so YES it can be hydrating and NO it will not be drying.  It goes on easy and feels great.  It does not smudge off onto sheets or pillowcases (even the medium didn't).

For the biggest question of all - can it possibly do all the things it claims to??  My opinion: YES.  I wake up feeling my skin is the best it's ever looked.  Brighter, clearer, refreshed, less visible pores and a more even overall tone.  I love this product (and I'm a pretty tough critic).

To me, it's an example of a perfect beauty product - quick, simple, makes you instantly feel more beautiful, yet gets better and better with continued use!

HOT TIP:  Dust a little bit of your rare minerals over your décolletage every night, and watch the gradual improvement in the clarity and tone of that skin as well!
