I lost the track of how many times i had lost money on Ebay. Several times i got what i didn't buy and some others lots of crap that looks like brand new but after a couple weeks is absolutely a piece of trash. I am telling this because probably this is the last time i'd use Ebay to buy something. The last scam i got into was last october 2007. I paid for a Motorola Razor V3 Black Brand new from a seller named 5822tracy. At the time of the purchase the reputation of the seller was very good. It didn't accept paypal so i sent a check. Miracously i received my cellphone a week later. At the beginning everything looked good. With some very minor signs of use but still like brand new and even inside an original box. After some weeks i started noticing that i never got text messages from my friends and those i sent with pictures never make it. Also the Quick Text Message was full with phrases on italian when the software is on plain english. Also when i received a second call, i was able to take it but never to return to the first call. The cellphone lost the paint very quickly and never holded the charge more than half day. I decided to contact the seller and use my guarantee on this piece of trash but oh! surprise, this guy was full of negative feedback. The most funny part is that more than 70 people were scammed for this motherf&*(r and Ebay didn;t do anything, except to remove him for the community. What a punish this guy get. I bet you money Ebay Geniuses that those 70 people who lost an average of 90 bucks must be really happy now that the site is more safe to shop. What about to create a link in order to prosecute this thieves? what about to avoid to the buyers get negative feedback from a Ebay Rat or bad seller? most of this things could be avoided if Ebay prohibites to received negative feedback from an item that is not what is say to be on the auction. That way the buyers could get a early advise about some people. But Ebay doesn't care. They got his fees and the deal is done. For me....I am not so stupid as you Ebay consider me. For that reason, no more purchases on Ebay....Tada!!!!
