Lately there has been a serious run on Charmed Magazine Back Issues!  I recently sold a set of these Hot Back Issues from my personal collection and with that auction came a huge email over flow of requests to either sell or find copies of Charmed The Official Magazine Issues 1 thru 5. Along with a large array of questions for me. So, I decided to try and locate these to give some real answers on "Can I buy them from Titan Magazines?"  and "Are they really out of print already?" and a few other questions. 

I emailed Titan Magazines and eventually was able to speak to a representative.  The answer is a serious NO, these (Issues 1 thru 4) are no longer available for purchase, anywhere other than Ebay Auction or other auction sites.  Issue 5 will be out of print in under 4 weeks with Issues 1 thru 4 already out of print.  To date NONE of the magazines have been issued with any Promo cards and if you see a seller offering an issued Promo card actually IN a magazine, it may be a misunderstanding.  No word on whether it will be offered in the future. There will be subsequent issues released and no, Issue 9 is NOT the final issue.  It is only the final season for the TV show, not the magazine series.  Issue 10 is set to be out next month on March 28th.  Already book stores are reporting that Issue 9 flew off the shelves and issue 10 is expected to have the same results!  There has been rumors that the Issues will be ending but I was given no specific date or month, only that the hope is they will become a treasured collector's item.  The current promotions in the magazine are building the "Book of Shadows"  where each issue you recieve two to four "actual" pages from the Charmed One's Book of Shadows.  It is a clip and cut project to collect and fill your very own Book of Shadows with spells and information. Kinda fun, but you would need to take the pages out of the magazine to put it all together, so be sure you have additional copies to put in your Collectible Corner before you start hacking away!

I hope this information helps out those diehard collectors out there in my Ebay family!  All I can suggest is be on the lookout for those issues 1 thru 5 since they seem to be the hardest to find and the most sought after.  I figure it can only get worse as more and more people start to hang on to their treasures!  Good luck Charmed Fans and Happy Hunting!  To locate some of this info visit the Titan Magazine website or give them a call!  They were very nice and very willing to talk about Charmed!!  Oh, and for those in love with the hit series Lost, the representative threw me a little bone with regards to the Lost Offical Magazine! They are projecting Lost to take off in the same way as Charmed with regards to sales, already Issue 1 and 2 are either out of print or nowhere to be found!  Collectors scooped them up fast!! There is also alternate collectible covers, another idea that may appear in the Charmedverse!  But I got NO promise of that! Here's to hoping!!!!
