This thing is GREAT!   I really can't imagine not having it now.  It is a soft foamy chair, simular to some child life jackets I've seen.  My son is comfortable and secure.  I've heard people complain, "their baby's legs were too big" and they would get stuck when they went to get the baby out of they chair.  I can't see how this is possible.. It's soft and foamy..When you're picking your baby up, you may have to use a hand to push the between the legs part over to get baby out.  But, this is part of the chair feature that keeps baby in the chair.  My son has tried to get out, arched his back and he can't get out... yet...  I'm sure he will soon.  This really is a awesome product, it's light weight.  We take it every where!  Every mom should have one!
