IF you are like me you want to have everything for your baby before he/she arrives. Especially the adorable baby bottles in pretty pinks or blues. This is one item I have definately waisted money on.  My first son took to any bottle I tried and i had purchased them all. We finally stuck with the Playtex Ventaire skinny bottle. My only issue with the Ventaire bottle is make sure you take it apart for every cleaning. Milk can stay around the edge of the plastic circular seal at the bottom of the bottle. For my second son,  I was a little more carefull with spending and purchased 3 Avent, 6 Playtex Ventaire, and 6 evenflow glass bottles. With my first son we did use glass bottles for the first month because we heated his bottle for the first month and this seemed to heat easier. My second son was a very early preemie and he had issues with sucking so unlike the first son he didn't like any bottle we offered. After a month of trying smaller bottles he took the the Avent. These are more expensive but well worth the money. Plus they have a great resell value on ebay! My advise is to only buy 2 of each kind. Do not open them all at one time. Try each until you find one the baby likes. This is one decision your baby will make. IF you shop ebay alot like i do you will find GREAT deals on baby bottles because people went out and purchased them before baby decided what they wanted! Keep all your boxes people tend to pay more for an item that was "only tried 1 time" vs loose baby bottles.
