If you are buying a Babolat Pure Drive or Aero Pro Drive from a seller in China, chances are the racquet is counterfeit. Yes, the racquets are made in China, but what's happening is Chinese people who work in the factories steal the molds and then go into business making their own versions of the racquets. The technology isn't the same, in fact, it's not even close.
If you see new racquets selling for below wholesale ($110.00) you can pretty much guarantee they are either stolen merchandise or counterfeit.
What business can possibly afford to sell current merchandise under the price they pay for it????? Unless a racquet is discontinued and on close-out through legitimate authorized dealers, you MUST ask yourself "Why would anyone sell this frame so cheap"?
Remember, if the price sounds "too good to be true" ... it probably isn't.
