For the people on a budget,Its Oct of 2009, People that are looking for certain items. When you do your shopping do just that shop around, dont jump at the first GOOD BUY you THINK you have found, 9 times out of 10, if it sounds to good, well rest assured it is, good example is FLAT RATE SHIPPING, this is a GOOD ONE this is PER ITEM on most sellers, this means you will pay that shipping amount for each item, now some will advertise discounted shipping on multi items, ya right 5% off, AS I SAID READ THE LISTING !!! And email the seller on shipping, once you get it in Black and White there it is, other wise, LETS SAY you could of done a road trip and bought the stuff around home town, if you compare what the shipping is for everything and the cost of the item, you could take the wife and kids out to have lunch and still got your items cheaper, Im not saying ebay is bad, they just turn their head and let sellers do what they want basically. Just some sellers are not HONEST, THINK ABOUT IT if they (sellers) were HONEST they would say shipping is figured into final cost of item, not FREE, TALK ABOUT MISLEADING THE BUYERS ???? Times are hard on everybody not JUST the sellers, it would seem they would want to sell more and get rid of old stock, BUT NO WAY got to have every penny they can sqeeze out of you the buyer..It PAYS to look around, I point out the TRICKS they use to nail you with outragous shipping and handling, and insurance they like to throw at you. And by the way, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FREE SHIPPING, NOTHING IS FREE THEY JUST JACK THE PRICE UP TO COVER THAT FREE SHIPPING !!!   After you read this you should become a LISTING READER or you have more money than sense and believe me it will save you some headaches and save your budget. I have this guide on Musical Instruments, Effects Pedals, Electronics, Guitars , these are good examples of this type of situation. Feel free to read them and see for yourself, I hope this may help someone, even if it is just 1 Ive done my part. And I see at least 1 person liked it, the rest MUST BE SELLERS of some sort, why else would they say its not HELPFULL ??? THE TRUTH HURTS dont it ??? I do realize that Ebay does charge a percintage on the shipping like 2.5 to 5 cents per book and listing fee, but there has got to be a BETTER WAY where everybody is happy, the sellers and the buyers, as far as Im concerned if the sellers would work a combined ship deal out with the buyer of some sort, like 3.99 plus 1.50 per additional book or whatever still would be fair I thiink, you have to admit 3.99 per is a little much. Maybe some are forgetting the reason we are all here on Ebay, to sell items and for the buyers to get a good deal, so any money made is just that money made. The old saying A PENNY SAVED IS A PENNY EARNED !!! Enjoy Your Ebay
