Dear Ebayer, My ebay id is hotdeal1smoko. I`m a powerseller on ebay. I sell trumpets/flugelhorns/piccolo trumpets and sometimes mouthpieces/accessories for those instruments. I`m a pro player who tests every instrument before listing it on ebay. I would like to give you some advice in buying instruments on ebay. There are lots of sellers selling musical instruments. If you are a serious buyer I recommend you to read description in full and examine pictures carefully. Use enlarge option if available. Contact seller if you have any questions about item before placing bid or buy it now. If you feel that pictures match the description very well and price is right for you and if there is buy it now option available/seller has lots of positive feedbacks I recommend you to use buy it now on this item before someone else will. You can also try to see if seller specializes in musical instruments or if the instrument he/she has for sale is just an instrument found at a yard sale etc... ( sellers sometimes indicate that in their description ).
-> Buying from 0 feedback member is ok ( try to contact before buying ) and/or get the phone number of this seller. If I would be a new seller who tries to break in into selling on ebay I would first establish myself and then list high prices items SO WATCH OUT for 0 feedback sellers especially if those sellers are not from your country and have PRIVATE AUCTION set up so you cannot see who is bidding and only accept Money order as a payment option.
OK that`s all for now . I hope that those advices above will be helpful to you GOOD LUCK ON EBAY Hotdeal1smoko :-)
