Look out ! Theres a BMW K1200LT listed for only $6000 if you buy it today. ONLY 1100 miles. Yeah right. The address is in the US. Only there is NO BIKE. All you see is a picture that could have been taken anyplace. Watch out when there is no VIN number showing thats sure giveaway its a scam. Or the bike is in Italy, Germany, or England. They are selling it for a hard luck story. Their brother or their father has cancer and they must seel it. It will be shipped to your front door by FEDEX air express. Ain't gonna happen. No BIKE is getting in this country without going through customs first and it has to be passed by EPA standards or its not getting in. The saddest thing is a lot of people have already lost thousands of dollars on these scams. Don't fall for escrow accounts or certified checks or western union or american express. If you do that will be the last time you will ever see that money. Don't expect to get any help from paypal or ebay either or the police. All they do is take the info down on forms and generate statistics. Some of the scam artists are willing to take only $1500 of your money. But you can be certain you will lose every cent.
