Chances are if you are reading this guide you know more about Bio diesel fuel then we do. We are only trying to inform you of the hose product choices not educate you on Bio diesel fuel.

Bio diesel fuel, believe it or not, will destroy conventional rubber fuel hose products. There are different grades of Bio Diesel fuel such as B100, B50, etc, etc. B100 means 100% bio diesel, B50 means 50% bio diesel. I guess you see the pattern .We are told that the Bio diesel fuel at the Pump is less then 20% Bio Diesel. I guess you could call it B20

If you are using a 20 % ratio of bio diesel you can use many of the conventional Fuel hose products on the market.However there is always the chance of deterioration over time. Traditonal fuel hose products could last 2 years or only 2 months depending on the type of hose product you have purchased. Trial and error can best describe your exact results if you use conventional products. If you prefer something more acceptable please continue to read on.

If you are using B50 bio diesel Fuel on hose sizes of 1" or 3/4 inch we recommend our Pacer Hose. It is constructed similar to a Heavy Duty red rubber air hose.This is not a suction hose. If you need a suction hose we suggest the Versa Fuel hose.Available in sizes 1" id to 3" id

If you are using B100 bio diesel fuel and need a suction hose we suggest our Versa Fuel hose. It is available in sizes 1" to 3" ID. This is a Rubber Suction Hose.

If you need small id fuel lines such as 1/4 and 3/8 id we suggest our biothane tubing product.These products can be used for under the hood applications or Lab applications. This product resembles hardwall nylon tubing but is softer and more flexible.
