There are certain so-called dealers, selling stamps on ebay that do not come up to scratch and should be prohibited from selling, especially in such a case that I have experienced ie; I purchased a set of Australian stamps from a Felixstowe, Suffolk so-called dealer, and when they arrived the original set I bid on had been substituted for a damaged inferioir set. So be careful and always check your purchase and only buy from those you can trust.
