Arrogant : "Full of unwarranted pride and self-importance"
I am at the point where I will not deal with anyone who has a "PowerSeller" rating, especially if their feedback numbers are in the thousands... it's just asking for trouble! I have learned the hard way, through bitter experience- you'd better check their feedback and study ALL the fine print, because many of these people are just too busy counting money to give any kind of customer service! If they take up more space listing all of their nit-picky Rules and Regulations than they do describing an item- RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! With them, the words "ask questions before bidding" is usually a disclaimer which means "I can sell you a totally worthless piece of trash, and you can't do anything about it because YOU DIDN'T ASK ME if it was smashed on the other side (and not visible), BEFORE you bought it"!!! (Ever tried to Ask Seller a Question when they have 479 other auctions going on? What a joke THAT is. You might as well just delete the thing as to send it, because you will NEVER get any reply.) Almost every time I make the mistake of thinking I need something bad enough to bid on a PowerSeller auction, I have been sorry. I've been involved in so many Disputes that I couldn't begin to number them! And I didn't dare leave any feedback on 99% of them because I would've surely been slammed in return- their feedback record clearly proves it. Many of them apparently have such a difficult time of being PLEASANT that you'd have a better chance of getting them to donate a kidney than to post a positive feedback comment for you.
Any random fool can get a PowerSeller icon after their ID- it doesn't mean they are some kind of Superior Dealer, it just says they push a lot of merchandise out the door (and they often behave as if that makes them Better Than You. Which is pretty ridiculous, considering that half the time the "Motorcycle Shop" you're dealing with is just some high-school kid stripping rusty derelicts in his mommy's garage). It also seems to indicate that they have no time to be polite if you disturb them with a problem, and you'd better expect some NASTY replies to any request for a refund, because IT'S ALWAYS YOUR FAULT for buying their broken junk - even though they only offered one tiny, blurry photo and the words, "good condition for its age".
MAY 21, 2008 - check out the feedback just posted for me by "phonesandmeters" - a PowerSeller that I left a well-deserved NEUTRAL for. (Exactly what I said about these guys!!!)
(IT'S ALWAYS YOUR FAULT!!!!)

This should have been negative feedback, but it does not exist anymore BEWARE
MAY 23 - fresh email received from "phonesandmeters" - obviously still fuming over his neutral feedback- to give you an idea of the intellect of a PowerSeller:
Unfortunately this meter only comes in one "size"
But apparenly you didnot know what you were bidding on
Your nasty remarks does not make any sense
(IT'S ALWAYS YOUR FAULT!!!!)
