A friend of mine has been looking for a motor home to take drag racing with him and thought he had found the "perfect" one. He did some fancy bidding and ended up winning his dream RV. It was a $100,000 RV that he was going to get for $55,000. A great deal but with an unexpected catch. He was approved for a $60,000 loan through the bank until they did a title search and found that "Branded" (which was listed on the title) meant that it had an insurance claim on it for water damage. BUT, he didn't find out about it until AFTER he had paid a $2000.00 good faith deposit through PayPal. Now the guy doesn't want to return the deposit and the bank refuses to loan him the money on THAT RV. Now, to be fair, the guy did say that the title was branded in his ebay listing. But, what unsuspecting person knows what that means? Well, now YOU do if you read this. There may be nothing at all wrong with that RV, but if you don't have 60 Grand in cash, then don't count on the bank to lend money on it regardless of the shape that it's in. Hopefully, maybe that guy will read this and decide to do the right thing and return the deposit. Maybe not...Just remember to pay extremely close attention to all of the FINE print in a listing because if it is stated and you don't heed the warning, then it is your fault....That's alot of money to lose for nothing..........NOW, about the Hayabusa scam. When will ebay FINALLY crack down on those clowns? I reported two of them just this week.....BUYER BEWARE...YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR READING OVER THE LISTINGS...There's alot of folks that don't know how or will ever do an honest days work. Don't be the one that makes it easy for them to make a living at ripping us off. If people don't want you to contact them through ebay or they want you to send money orders or cashiers checks and the price is "too good to be true", then take a little time and do some research. If you are contacted through email and not ebay, then it is most likely BOGUS, BOGUS, BOGUS..........SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!!
