I and many others have been burned by people selling HBH-DS970s coming from china. I goofed and bought 2 from different sellers. I havee only received 1 so far and  it was a fake, the sound quality was terrible the thing locks up if you listen to music and receive an incoming call, it also casses my Sony Ericsson phone to lock up on occation. I am in the middle of a dispute with the seller who swears it is an original, but I know otherwise. The quality of this product is bad too, you can just look at it and tell that it isnt made by Sony Ericsson (SE). The seams dont line up there are gaps in it. Please I urge you, if you got one of these junky copies, don't hesitate to file a dispute with Paypal. Maybe if we get enough, disputes going they will start rewarding and maybe even shut these scammers down.
