Be very careful when looking on Ebay for GHD stylers. I recently purchased a nonauthentic GHD styler from Nationalsell in Orlando. I contacted the seller in the time frame to start a dispute. He emailed me and asked me not to start a dispute and that he would work with me and refund all my money and shipping charges to return styler. First mistake. Ebay and Paypal ask first for you to try and resolve issues with seller. If you are close to the 30 or 45 day mark, FILE A DISPUTE. While I was in the grace period to file a dispute this seller was working with me and as soon as my grace period was up he stopped contact. The seller and I agreed that once I return the styler he would refund my money. Well, he has the styler and my money and won't work with me. He claimed it took too long for me to return item (less than a month from first contact and mailing item). In our agreement he never gave me a time frame or dead line.
GHD is very protective of their product and if you are a rep they keep track of how many you have at all times. GHD does offer salon emplyoees a deal to purchase 1 at discount price of at least $150.
My advise to you is to go to GHD's website and order off them or request info on reputable salons and sites and order from them.
Contact Ebay and Paypal even if you are past the time to file a dispute if you have purchased a nonauthentic item.
