they have parts that are cheap knock offs, and they will not warranty any of them! they only give you 10 days from the time you buy the parts to return them! they WILL NOT WARRANTY the junk they sell !!!!!! i bought a set of the 2" billet chrome softail shocks for a customer, they LEAKED IN LESS THAN 20 MILES!! when i called them ,they told me that i was past the 10 day return and the shocks had NO WARRANTY!! they told me to have a nice day and then they HUNG UP on me!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM KC INTERNATIONAL IN OHIO!!!!!!
