Hello, I'm writing this because I was scammed and lost $390 off of Sidekick 3 auction from one user. To look out for these scammers, check their feedback. If they have a feedback from another buyer that bought a sidekick 3 from the seller, check when it was sold and when the feedback was recieved. If the item was sold and the buyer left the seller a feedback right exactly on the same day or 2-3 day apart It could be a scam. If you think about it, how does the buyer recieved the sidekick so fast, I mean I know there are 3 day shipping and 1 overnight shipping, but that option is expensive and would you pay that much? Also only use paypal, money order such as westernunion cant do anything about it once you sented out your money order and the receiver has cashed. Also it takes them 30 days to process and put a stop to the money order so it would no longer have any value, so if you had already sent out the money order , your screwed. To be on a safe side, when you have bought a sidekick 3, wait a few days before you  pay for the item. Usally ebay will sent you a warning saying that they have closed the auction and that you should no longer continue with the transaction. Why do they sent you this? because their are thousands of other ebayer that saw the aution and has reported to ebay, which ebay then close it down. The seller usally have more than 1 sidekick 3 auction. AND THAT right there you should give you a idea if the seller is a scammer or not. See here, T-mobile are selling sidekick 3 for over $430 without contracts/activation. For contracts it would cost a new user $350 for the sidekick 3. So If you think about it, how does the seller have about 2 - 4 sidekick 3 that he has up for sell? Did he open up 4 t-mobile account? did he buy the sidekick 3 without contracts just to sell it back for the same price on ebay? So if you are planning to buy a sidekick 3, think of those tips I have point out. Of course as a few months pass, their are seller whos going to have a lots of sidekick 3 to sell, but since sidekick 3 are still pretty new right now be safe.
