There are lots of auctions on ebay that say NEW WITH TAGS. That have been worn and tags saved and put back on when some one puts them back on and sells item for new. I know this is against ebay policy. If it is new with tags and not seconds or been worn. Then why does the seller take it back. If i buy something at a store like walmart or sears. If it dont fit ill take it back and get full refund. I wont sell it on ebay at discount price. That does not make a lot of since to me. So unless this is a clothing store that i know ebay has some.  BEWARE.  I will sell some clothing in my store but it will be used. I wont go to the clearence rack at walmart and buy at 50% off and bring it to ebay and sell for new with tags. and charge 15.00 shipping. when you could buy the item for 15.00 dollars. If it is new with tags I will take it back and get my refund at the store. I know some people that steal items and sell on ebay. You would not want to take stolen items back to the store that you stole them from. But mostly watch for items that have been wore like over the weekend and washed and SOLD ON EBAY NEW WITH TAGS. If you wore something and wash it you can not take it back to the store because you can tell it has been worn. But you can buy something and take a picture of it new with tags. Ware it for a week. Wash it PUT TAGS BACK ON and sell for what you gave for it maybe more with ebay SELLERS SUPER HIGH SHIPPING Thanks for reading my frustrations. This has happened to me.
