Hello I want buyers to beware. Watch out for sellers that add fees on your winning auction. There are a lot of auctions I have found that the seller adds a fee and says this is my form of insurance. Or DLB insurance. This is a scam. I do not even like the USPS insurance. But the postal insurance will insure you for what you gave for item. If you pay with paypal and the seller prints your shipping label with paypal you only receive insurance from postal service for what you paid for item. It might be worth $50.00 to you but if you gave $5.00 for it thats all you get. So make sure your item is worth paying a $1.35 extra for. And on the subject of the sellers own insurance. This is a total scam. These sellers are making extra money off all you buyers. I you say buy a morgan dollar coin say for $30.00 and the seller charges $5.00 shipping and charges $3.00 insurance his own not postal service. How many items do you think that get lost in the mail? Or how many coins that weigh 1 ounce and 1/8 of a inch thick get broke in the mail? Well I can tell you I have been buying and selling on ebay since 2003. I have made over 600 transactions. Never have I had a lost item or had one broke. Just go to my store and view my 100% feedback. http://stores.ebay.com/DONNAS-COINSKEEPER-STORE . I have never had a problem. Because you know why. Every item I sell I put delivery confirmation on it NO INSURANCE. I offer USPS insurance but don't recommend it. Because a lot of problems is buyers lots of time might receive items and say they did not. So with the free delivery confirmation if you print your labels with paypal iI know when they receive item. That way it saves buyer money and it is insurance for both of us. Just think of all the money that guy gets over a months time. Its your money. He can afford to refund or replace a item a couple of times a year. So be wise DO NOT buy insurance just make sure you get delivery confirmation. That will hold up in paypal resolution center when you have your tracking numbers it works for both the buyer and the seller. If your item does not have tracking you do not know were it is. Or if it has even been sent. That is the number one tool for buyers and sellers. Lots of time I sell items and go to track them and buyer receives them. I can see this myself  and they forget to leave feedback I can remind them because I know when they recived it. So please watch out and spend extra for a item that you end up having as much in shipping as it was worth in the firs place. We all need those extra dollars for our gas tank since gas is staying around $3.00 per gallon. Please read all my reviews and guides. And vote yes at the bottom. And visit my ebay store for lots of great items and I will have tracking but that is free and no high insurance if you do not want it. So vote at the bottom and Thanks Donna  http://stores.ebay.com/DONNAS-COINSKEEPER-STORE
