I purchased a few coin lots recently from the un-named seller, and although I left positive feedback, I was truly shocked that they assumed I was an idiot by sending me these obviously make-shift certified coins. I could open the slab with one hand, and the insert the coin is in is just green foam with a home-made label. The grading is WAY off. I received 4 Kansas Statehood Quarters graded MS-70 and there were OBVIOUS CONTACT MARKS all over the coins! I also received 4 1960-P Jefferson Nickels ALSO graded MS-70, and even I could tell that was WAY overgraded. The quarters would probably grade 63 or 64 at BEST since the strikes are intact and only the fields are marred. The Nickels MIGHT be able to slide as MS-65 or 66 at best. Anyone who sees INB "certified" coins needs to BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. They are fine if you are just collecting, but if you plan to re-sell, DON'T BUY! You'll regret it in the end.
