I bought an external hard drive for my pc from a electronic seller on ebay almost two months ago, the item was listed to be located in Australia but only after paying for it i found out it was actually being shipped from CHINA... After 1 MONTH for shipping... yes 1 MONTH... I get the item, looks rather cheaply made but nevertheless i hook it up to my pc ... my pc didnt detect it then had a close friend of mine who is an expert in the field try it and the moment he started it up.... the hard drive started making a clicking noise! VERY ANNOYING noise! After checking around in some forums for help i found out THIS TYPE of clicking noise means that the hard drive is dying :S
So i contacted the guy who refered me to an asian guy who didnt speak barely any English... i emailed him several times and asked him about the clicking noise! he didnt give me any straight answers and after several tries he apparently got "bored" at telling me what to do and told me to send it back....
So i went to the post office and they told me it will cost $40 to get it to him...
Now its been almost 3 months, last time i'll EVER buy anything out of the states :S
