Through my own experience and haste in purchasing an item.  Be sure you get a shipping cost prior to bidding and winning an item.  You otherwise might get a big surprise!!  You will either be at the mercy of the seller and pay whatever they decide to charge or you will have to withdraw your final bid which would be O.K....but that could also give you a negative score from the seller.  Lucky for me, the seller was very reasonable.  It was certainly a lesson to learn for me.  Always check thed shipping prior to purchasing!
