There are about 5 or 6 great coupon cashback / rebate  sites  not only for Ebay but also for 1000's of other stores like Buy.com, CompUSA, Target, Kmart, Walmart, Barnes and Nobles, Kohls, Old Navy, Officemax, Macys, Priceline, airline companies etc etc . Most recent ebay coupons, redemption coupon codes, paypal coupons, are also included in the blog link below but please note that most of these paypal and ebay coupon codes only work with individual accounts. eBay tends to put out coupons towards the end of each financial quarter in order to increase their sales records. You also will usually receive these coupon codes in your email during the Christmas, Easter, Fathers and Mothers Day, Thanksgiving or other holidays if you have an ebay account in good standing with a fair number of purchases or sales.

If you find that ebay is not providing you with coupons (ie at least one per year, usually 1-2 times a year), you can contact them through help/ support and they will more than likely offer you one. Some of them are actually nice about (I'm not saying all of them but if you ask nicely they will give you a coupon). Just tell them you are a regular shopper, with great feedback (make sure this part is true as they can see your account), but you haven't received a coupon for a long time.

**SPECIAL TIP: if you have more than one account with lots of purchases and sales you will get more than one ebay coupon code (1 for each account).  Also, to use any coupons please ensure that your ebay and paypal accounts are directly linked. You can do this by going to your paypal account => profile => auctions => check to see the the ebay and paypal accounts registered there are "on" ....if they are not "on" it means they are not linked. You can easily just add another account or edit your details. Make sure you also check the box which says you want to receive email discounts and news in the Accounts => Notification preferences on the left hand column of your ebay account.
