We all have them - those dreaded days when we ache all over. Some people, like those with arthritis or fibromyalgia, have them more often.
What can you do besides taking a pain reliever or doing stretching exercises?
What else can be done to relive muscle aches?
I have found a product that is absolutely wonderful for relaxing those tight, tens, and achy muscles. It is BATHERAPY a natural mineral bath. I found it a Wal-Mart for about $5. It is well worth it. A 16 oz. bottle lasts me about half a month - a small price to pay for pain relief. I just did a search (link below) and found it in eBay Stores for around $2.50 plus S&H.
This product "changes tub water into a beneficial refreshing, lavender, spa-like bath". Lavender is well known in aromatherapy to be a relaxant. This bath is very relaxing if done right before bed. It loosens tight muscles and promotes a good night's rest.
Simply dissolve a handful of the bath salts into comfortably warm water and soak your aches away. I have a garden tub, so it is especially relaxing for me as I can immerse most of my body in the tub.
This product is made by Queen Helene by Para Laboratories. Another benefit to me is that it is made in the USA. I try to buy USA manufactured goods when possible.
