I came up with this recipe myself about a few weeks ago when I got tried of having plain toast every morning. It's not exactly low calorie or 100% healthy, but it's my favorite breakfast since it's so good!
Protein Lovers' Sandwich
What You'll Need:
*2 Slices of Bread
*One Sliced Banana
*As Many Out of Shell Peanuts You Want
*Peanut Butter
*And Jelly
What To Do
First put peanut butter on one side of both slices of bread. Then, pour or spread jelly onto one of the slices of bread. After that evenly lay out the banana one the slice of bread lacking jelly on it and then sprinkle the peanuts on one or both slices. Finally, very carefully, put the two slices together trying to not to have anything drop out. The most fun part of the whole thing is eating it. I guarantee you jelly, bananas, and peanuts will plop out onto your plate. Obviously the sandwich is huge and absolutely delicious. Try this one out and tell me what you think.
