This guy sold me Chanel Allure eau de perfume that was obviously counterfeit upon close inspection.  The copy was fairly well done - I might not have known except that I still had an authentic bottle on hand.  In comparing the two bottles, I found at least 10 subtle differences.  Of course he claimed that it was not fake.  I happened to check his feedback and found at least one other recent complaint for a counterfeit fragrance.  Heratcity has made his feedback private so nobody can see the complaints.  And he was rude enough to retaliate when I filed negative feedback about my purchase.  So I complained to eBay, and at least they determined that my purchase violated their listing policy, so they cancelled his other listings of the same product.  Unfortunately, to date they have stopped short of cancelling all of his other fragrance listings which are most likely also fake products.
If you look at the other items he sells you will see that there are basically two categories:  new, sealed fragrances, and various types of operator and repair manuals.  There is a huge industry trafficking in counterfeit fragrances, and at the prices he quotes, there is no way his products can be legitimate unless they are liquidations.  Also, the manuals are all copyrighted items, which he sells on CDs, so it is obvious that copying is going on.  So basically most if not all of what he sells should be considered suspect.
