If you enjoy the literature of autograph collecting, you might be familiar with the underground newsletter called Autograph Research, which published from 1991 - 1997.  My name is San Diego Magician Michael E. Johnson, and I'm a big fan of autograph collecting.  I created this newsletter, wrote and published each issue.  Back issues pop up from time to time in eBay auctions.  The format was black and white; the size was 8 1/2" x 11", and the typical issue featured eight pages.

This newsletter presented original research related to autograph authenticity, availability and pricing.  It was quoted in sources as diverse as Autograph Collector magazine, Playboy magazine, and the American Journalism Review.  Here's a complete list of all the articles published during the first four years of publication, 48 issues total, organized by date and issue number.
