You may have read that in the field of Sports Memorabilia, forged autographs are one of the biggest problems on the internet. With the ability to buy an "authenticated" sports collectible from thousands of website or through online auctions, how do you the customer, know for sure your new autographed collectible is real?

Steve's Sports & Stuff tries to help you with that by selling autographed sports memorabilia from the most reputable companies in the Sports Memorabilia industry. ALL the collectibles that you see on this website are all authenticated by the leaders of the industry, 100% guaranteed.

For your collectible to have the greatest value and increase in value in the future, you have to have it authenticated and a Certificate of Authenticity included with your collectible. If you are the buyer, make sure that it includes a COA, preferably with a serialized tamper proof hologram. Some COA's may be the credit card size, serialized plastic card. Some companies such as Mounted Memories use their serialized holograph as their COA to reduce the chance of fraud.

You and I, probably at one time have obtained an autograph from our favorite player. We might have been 5 years old at the time or maybe in our 50's, but at any age it is quite a thrill to be standing next to your favorite player having them sign your ball, jersey, a photograph or maybe just a piece of paper. WE know that the signature is real!! Yet, years later we might decide to sell that autographed collectible that we have had for years but we don't have a COA.

Maybe your autographed item has been passed down through your family, from one generation to the next. A trusted source, yet those same collectibles can be worth $1,000's of dollars more with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Is it worth anything? How do we find out the real value? How do we get it authenticated if we want to sell it at it's highest value.

If you have any questions or doubts about authentication, let us be your resource. Even though we always encourage you to purchase items from us that include Certificate of Authenticity, we will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about your collectible. Contact us by email or a phone call so we may answer your questions.
