The past week I have been researching online about how to spot fake movado watches.  Several sites claim if a watch says "Swiss Movado Quartz" and not "Swiss Movado Made" that it is fake.  I know for a fact that this is not true.  I contacted Movado myself about this and they claim they DO INDEED make their watches saying both.  I have been to reputable authorized Movado dealers and their watches say "Swiss Movado Quartz". To be considered "Swiss Made", all the parts have to be made in Switzerland.  When it says "Quartz", some of the moving parts come from China.  It's still a Movado.  I am just sick and tired of people acting like they know everything.  Do your research before you speak.
