  • Here are examples of authentic Lalique signatures:Molded relief before 1914 Molded mark on some mascots and vases, Early signature with or without an R for tableware, Wheel carved after 1925,Stencil circa 1926, Engraved mark after 1926 often with a number denoting the Lalique catalog number (not how many were produced),Stencil after 1926,  After Rene' Lalique died, in 1945, the R was dropped.From 1960 to the present. Note that after 1980 the registered trademark symbol was added, hence Lalique(r)France. Note that "Made In" France is never included in the signature. Lalique has never marked their work in this way.You can go to www.deco1925.com to see examples of authentic Rene' Lalique.
