Hello,
Have you heard of Auctiva? Auctiva is a great ebay auction management software and the best thing is that it's free. It offers free awesome templates, free image hosting (you can use as many images per listening as you like), online scheduling (no extra charge), and an easy to use one page listing. You can also schedule to re-list items that was not sold. I love it and been using it since I start selling at eBay.
First step is to register with Auctiva by going to their website. If you can find it, hint: Google it (:
Once you log in you will see the following Menus ->
HOME |LISTINGS | IMAGES | PROFILES | SALES | REPORTS | STORE | CONSIGNMENT | MY ACCOUNT
Take some time to complete profiles; what a time saver!!
Go to PROFILES and you will find the sub-menus
PROFILES > Manage | Master | Seller Details | Item Details | Marketing | Shipping | Checkout
Start with "Seller Details" and fill out all the sections and name the profile. Then go to "Item Details" and fill out the details, use the same name for this profile. Then the next one.."Marketing", "Shipping" and "Checkout". TIP: You can always make minor changes to these sections when creating an listing.
Once you have created all of these profiles then go to "Master" and select the profiles to make one master to use with one main profile:
eBay Site
Detail Profile
Marketing Profile
Shipping Profile
Checkout Profile
The possibilities are endless. You can create multiple profiles and master profiles but this is a start. You will get the idea once you have one though these steps and then get creative.
Need to make changes? Go to "Manage".
Telling ya this is simple and very effective software. You will be a pro after using it for few times.
Second step of profiles > "Seller Details"
Seller Details> Use Seller Details to define your Payment, Shipping, About Us, Terms of Sale and Contact Us information when using a template on your listing. This is a time saver. You can setup this by going to the link for seller details and fill out each section, then give it name to the profile.
Need to make changes to, go to "Manage Seller Details" (remember this)..it can be a bit tricky.
I would suggest you to upload as many images you have ready by going to the main tab "IMAGES", TIP -> use IE Browser.
You will see 3 sub-categories here: Manage |Upload | Folders
Go to Folders > Create different folder for all the items you sell.
Then go to "Upload" and use Drag and Drop Uploader option out of three different ones.
Much faster and the easiest.
Thats it, go ahead and carry away with loading all of your images. You can load multiple images at a time but there is a limit of size you can load at a time. I would suggest go with like 30 images set per time to avoid this.
Now you are ready to start listing and you will see the following sub-categories:
New Listing | Saved Listings | Scheduled | Active | Closed | Folders
Go to New Listing - Create a new professional looking listing to post to eBay and increase traffic and bids.
Rest is for imagination..the possibilities here are endless!!

Auctiva is awesome - easy to use and you will love it.
