Taking photo's on carpet, put a sheet down, make it look neat.
Dark photo's wher you can't see details
Stating why you are selling it, your issues are not a concern to bidders.
Stating why you didn't like it, example, didnt fit right, not the right color etc.
No one wants to see your adorable child or thier hand or feet, sorry
Bright flashy boarders and graphics.
Neon colors or a lot of different colored text
Negative wording, examples are but, don't, won't and can't
Some things that are good points to remember.
Photo's speak a thousand words and will create less questions
Good photo's speak twice as many words
Be creative in wording without making it into a drama play
Watch the shipping cost, a small ( under $3.00) shipping and handling fee is acceptable to most
Keep in mind the starting price, sometimes a reserve is a great tool, keeping in mind the cost.
