Our car alarms are of the best quality using only the best parts. However the quality of the alarm is only as good as the quality of installation. Sometimes I'm dumbfounded by the way some people would pay hundreds of dollars for a high quality car alarm only to have it cheaply installed by a mechanic, electrician, friend, or by installing it themselves. You have no idea how frustrating this is.
Here's an example:
If you had a tumor in your brain would you go to a dentist to have it removed? Would you operate and remove it yourself? Of course not. A dentist can only fix your teeth just like a mechanic can only fix your car. A mechanic is not a "Car alarm installer" and neither are you!
Yeah yeah some of you might have installed a stereo system for your sister or maybe installed some cheap DTY car alarm. But our alarms are high quality alarms packed with loads of features. Lets put it this way: As a professional car alarm installers myself with over 20 years experience, I have damaged so many cars and burnt so many car alarms that now I know what NOT to do. A non professional installer, mechanic, electrician , or friend is not going to know what NOT to do and they will surely do some damage. Then they will blame the alarm of course anhd tell you it's a junk low quality alarm.
So let you mechanic fix your car and your electrician fix your home electical problems. Keep your friend as a friend and hire a professional alarm shop installer to install our car alarms they way it should be. With Quality and Experience!
Regarding the negative feedback we receive.
No matter how hard we try to please our customers. No matter how fast we ship or how many emails we kindly reply to, we still receive negative feedback from time to time. This I understand is part of doing business here on ebay. But it gets frustrating at times. Becuase even though we answer all emails as quickly as possible, even though we provide a toll free 800 number for customer to call if they have any questions, even though we email all our customer tracking numbers, there will always be that 1 out of 100 customers who leaves us negative feedback.
But there's a pattern here that I would like to point out.: Look at all our negative feedbacks, and you'll notice that they are all from "Newbies" People new to ebay. You can always tell because they are the ones with a low feedback score.
These "Newbies" will say:
We don't answer our phones or reply to emails but the truth is we do. They always seem to call us at 5 am when our business is closed not realizing we are in a different time zone or they have spam filters that block our reply emails from reaching them.
So please, If you have a problem don't act like a Noob. Call us at 1-800-282-1351 during business hours and check your trash folder or your spam box for our email replies.
