I am trying to find contact information for velform!! I found their website, and not so surprisingly their contact info says "coming soon". Well heres another thing they have coming soon, lawsuit. I bought this product from a canadian site (no surprise the us isn't allowing the sales), for $80.00, and I actually didn't use it right away, I bought it, it got put in the closet and i forgot about it, I tried it last week, and now I have digital pictures of the burn marks, and blisters this caused, I could not believe that I have a cluster of fluid filled blisters, similar to what you get from a sunburn. it was gross, and became infected, forcing me to go to the dr to have it looked at. This company should not be allowed to sell something that can obviously hurt people. Not only do I want my money back, which I probably will not get, but I want to make sure EVERYONE knows not to buy this horrible thing. Does anybody have an email address or phone number for this company? if you do please email me at []. Thank you.

Well, my father, brother and I were watching t.v. one day, and came across a commercial for this 'sauna belt'. and i thought holy cow! this has to be right because i've always been told that you 'sweat out the pounds' in a sauna, So my father bought us two belts, one for my brother, and one for me.. we ordered it in about july or august, it is now almost february, and it still has not come! On top of that, it apparantly does not work! and i cannot find the number of a representative of the company that i can contact to get the money back because after the complaints and testimonies i have heard, i don't want to come within ten feet of this 'sauna belt'!

Hi I got so tempted tp see the commercial of this product that I too bought it. Now I sit here thinking I eas duped. The belt burned me in my belly area , it wrinkled, got ripped because of the heat from the belt, emits stinky burned smell of wire making you sick & dizzy. & upon all these I didn't loose a inch at all. It was sheer waste of my money, I was cheated in name of weight reducing formula. Manufactuer with these kind prducts are also spoiling the honest manufracturer image... Please tell your friend never to buy this product.

I have a Pasta Express and I've never used a product so bad. The spgahetti I tried to make with it was so pasty that I would never have wanted to eat it. Plus, if I've got to heat water in a pot for it so I can have boiling water, then I might as well throw in the spaghetti. I let it sit for 13 minutes and it was still not cooked and tasted terrible. I had to boil more water and finish cooking the spaghetti over the stove. I can not imagine that anyone would recommend this product. It was a very big waste of my money and also my time. It took me 7 minutes to boil the water - then another 13 minutes to try and cook the spaghetti. Your directions that say the pasta will cook in 7-10 minutes is very misleading. I could have certainly cooked it on the stove a lot faster and easier.

I am soooo disappointed with this product. It will not cook the noodles completely. The first time I used it, it took almost an hour to cook a box of noodles. I had to drain it once and add water a second time just to get the noodles almost edible. It just won't keep the water hot enough to cook the noodles. It a waste of $ and takes longer than using a regular pot.

I bought this and used it one time. It is a piece of crap. The pasta does not cook, it just clumps together and makes a total mess. The infomercial is a total lie. I tried to get my money back, but had no luck doing so. I think it is easier to boil water, in a pot and do it that way. I am really disappointed in these woman on the infomercial, they should know better!!! Do not buy this product!!!!

I'm afraid this one just doesn't work as advertised for making pasta. Works OK for asparagus, other vegetables- just not pasta. Doesn't cook it, pasta sticks, tastes raw, not al dente. Tried it several times- I give up. Waste of $. And I bought a tea kettle to boil the water to boot!

I purchased my Pasta Express at my local [] store...thank goodness it was only ten dollars...I guess it is true that you get what you pay for... It works absolutely horribly on Pastas...The only thing it is good for is to steam veggies...and that is much more easily accomplishes with one of those dollar store veggie steamers...true, you do not have to wash out any pots and strainers, but you still have to clean and wash all the parts...so you may as well just use that cheap little metal steamer...and the water does not even have to be strained...
What about PROACTIVE SOLUTION?

I signed up for the $19.99 deal for what looked like large bottles. When received, the bottles were the size of a free minature sample product one would receive in the mail. I tried the product and it burned my face. I threw the product away. I was billed $27.00+ for the above first shipment which I thought was the last. I was shocked when my checking account was billed for a second shipment that I never signed up for, called for and/or received yet in the mail for an additional increase in total dollar cost of $29.00+. I was furious and telephoned the 1-800 line acting like I wanted to place an order due to Pro Active Telephone Specialists hanging up the telephone, supposedly by accident or leaving me on hold when dialing the customer service option. Bottomline, I was now being told that I had signed up for not just one isolated trial order of proactive, but three, two of which were on their way and an additional billing for who knows how much money directly debited from my checking account. The Pro Active Scammers signed me up for some type of annoymous membership that was never approved by me or accepted, without my knowledge or consent. I had a few choice words to tell the telephone rep. and finally she stated it was just too late and to write "Refused" on the box and return it via US Mail to Pro Active and my checking account would be refunded. Who knows how long it will take for this refund Sales person "Diane" told me would then take place. Oh, did I forget to add that one more additional shipment would be coming and to treat that one the same way as shipment number two, write "Refused" and mail back and wait for the refund. This product doesn't work and the illegal marketing behind the three for one advertising should be reported to the Dept. of Justice, State Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau and the most important, the U.S. Postal Service, Investigations Dept. as Pro Active is using the mail to shove their unwanted and unsolicited product via U.S. Mail. The company should be shut down immediately like Miss Cleo on Television. A scam is a scam regardless of the way it's solicited. The minor/nobody celebrities who advetise this product should also be held responsible and accountable as doctor's records will confirm Pro Active did not get rid of their acne.....

I bought into the hype and decided to give Proactive a try. I am 29 and don't have particularly bad acne (as I did as a teen) but I thought this would make my skin overall softer and clearer looking. Well...I was wrong. What it did was cause acne like I had as a teen!! I got these cyst-like deep pimples that I haven't had in years. My face turned red and bumpy. I used the product exactly as described. The cleansing (part 1 of the "solution" is ok. The toner stings and the lotion, I think, is what really caused my newfound breakouts. I stuck with it for well over a month as hearing that it might take some time for the product to show results, but two days ago I decided this is not working and it just keeps getting worse and worse. The facial mask that came with my set really caused extra problems. That stuff really dries out your face. Plus, the day after I used that is when I got two huge cyst-type pimples. My face never felt clean after using proactive - any of the products in the set. In fact, after washing w/ the cleansing scrub, if you use the toner you will notice the cotton still has stuff on it as if the cleansing scrub didn't really wash anything. I am going to send what I have left back to the company and hope the refund me (it's been less than 60 days). I called to cancel yesterday and they tried to give me the run around, ensuring me it was a mistake because I'd lose out of the special club pricing, etc blah blah blah. I said I had no intention of using this ever again. The rep said they cancelled. We'll see. So I started using my old "tried and true" facial cleansers, Saint Ives and Biore. Last night after using my Biore, my face looked much cleaner, it felt good. I use the St Ives apricot scrub. It slothed off the flaking and it just feels better and less irritated now. I do not recommend using Proactive. You're just going to spend a lot of money on a worthless product that will, possibly, make your face worse. At best, you'll just see no results. I don't know anyone who's tried this and has actually seen improvment in the condition of their skin. Most have increased problems. Proponents say if it doesn't work, you might just have a bad reaction to Benz. peroxide. But come on- read these complaints. This many people have that bad of a reaction to benz peroxide that is causes great irritation and worse acne than they've ever seen? Please, save your money, and more importantly, don't cause unnecessary damage to your face by using this crap.

Okay so before I tried proactiv, I went through a very long list of store bought and doctor prescribed products, but none were successful in helping my acne in the slightest bit. I was so embarrassed of it that I would sometimes skip school and tell friends I was busy when I wasnt. Im sure many of you know what Im talking about. It was horrible. I heard about this stuff proactiv which seemed all the rage. Its kind of hard to not hear about it when its advertised all over the tube, radio, and internet. So I gave it a shot and it helped my skin clear up a little the first week. I was so happy it was finally going away. After that week though, it came back worst than before. I thought it was normal so I continued to use proactiv for a good 4 months. NO RESULTS WHATSOEVER. wasted nearly 150 dollars on this CRAP. I recently found something that has helped me clear my skin very well and I want to tell all of you that are suffering right now. Its funny because its not even ment for clearing skin, but honestly its the best thing I've ever used in the 6 years ive been suffering for PERIOD. this might be a shocker, its toothpaste! I dont recommend it for those with very sensitive skin, but only those with pretty normal skin (besides all the acne). give it a shot. My acne cleared up in literally 1 week and a half weeks. I used colgate anticavity protection toothpaste for those of you that are wondering. Apply a layer right before bed and wear it overnight about 3 times a week. Give it a shot, my skin is so soft and smooth now.

My acne might be considered mild-moderate. I've had trouble with acne off and on since age 12, I'm now 30. I thought I'd give Proactiv a shot to see if it would help; the claims sounded so good! I ordered Proactiv last week. The day it arrived, I was so excited. I order the largest package (the 3-product system plus 2 more products, then they threw in a free bottle of another product.) I read through all the directions very carefully and followed them closely. I thought my face was going to burn off! The next day (and days after and still continuing...) my skin is very itchy, dry (despite moisturizer), blotchy, puffy, and breaking out even more. This was after one use, folks. One use. Calle dthe hotline. Tried to say I must have done something wrong or I could be oversensitive to benzoyl. I've used benzoyl before with no problems. This stuff is toxic. I asked for directions in order to return it all immediately. Kept trying to sell me their sensitive skin version. Finally accepted my no, supposedly canceled the automatic shipment they signed me up for, and would accept my return and agreed to refund minus shipping costs. I put the return in the mail that day. Now... we'll see how long it takes for the return to credit my debit card. Wish me luck!

The product didn't work for me, but that's not really my issue. The problem I had was that after my initial order, I realized it didn't work and then just stopped using it. Two months later I noticed a withdraw from my account for $75! When I called proactive, they said that since I ordered online, I would automatically be billed every sixty days!!! When I sent it back for a refund, it took SEVEN WEEKS! They are VERY deceptive. Whatever you do, don't order this online. Get it at the mall and pay cash.
Well,I can keep going and going but Why you dont go and see it yourself? Before you buy these as seen on Tv products, give a google a try and search is for free!!
The worst part of all this is that We actually find this products in Ebay, people sell them as"GREAT" "AWESOME" "GREAT PRICE",but they dont even take the time to do a search and learn more about what are they selling and they take peoples money for something it would end up in the trash, before you spend any penny buying something, search about it first!
You can visit INFORMERCIAL SCAMS.COM and they have a huge, huge list of every single item As seen on TV.Read, decide and good luck!
Im not saying that every as seen on tv product is not worth it,no no,I actually bought the Vidalia Chop Wizard at Walgreens(thats the best way to buy something to try)and that really works for me,!!I love it!! And when you buy them at a retail store at least you can buy, try, return right away back to the store and get you money back if you dont like it for any reason!
Well,I hope you get to read this guide before you throw away your money buying something is not worth it.
