I want to warn you about a seller that sells defective junk with a nicey-nice descriptive paragraph. The seller is 'montana4me', and I paid $70.00 for a defective hard drive that the seller refused to exchange or refund for me. This item was advertised as a 'factory reject', but on the picture of the hard drive, the word 'DEFECTIVE' (on a big orange sticker) was blurred out. 'Factory Reject' and 'DEFECTIVE' are two different things; 'Factory Reject' could mean minor blemishes, while 'DEFECTIVE' on a big orange sticker means only one thing; STAY AWAY!!! This information should have been included on the listing, and if it was I would have STAYED AWAY, but I only realized that the big orange sticker was there after I received the item.
All attempts to deal with 'montana4me' through e-mail were rejected, and my Paypal claim was denied, so I am stuck with a hard drives that clicks real good, but does nothing else. So watch out for 'montana4me' and his 'as-is' auctions; if it says 'as-is', run (don't walk) away.
Thank you for your time, and I hope that this information is useful.
