Please, please; stop paying inflated prices and excessive shipping for a MacBook on eBay. Ratings aren't worth the extra $100's you are paying.
Do you know that Apple sells refurbished MacBooks at nearly the same prices that you are paying on eBay? Plus, they back them. Plus, they offer free shipping.
Example, today, June 17, 2008, Apple offers a 1GB, 120GB, 2,2 GHz, Superdrive White 13.3 MacBook for $999.
Go to their store and look for Superdeals->Refurbished.
