Ok folks I’m not going to complain about waiting in line, and loosing 10% for restocking fee, cause I knew it up front and willingly took a chance. But as for this device itself  it was very disappointing.  Way to go Apple maybe they better Stick with  IPods  that seems to be their area of expertise.
144 kbts data in 2007 ,  this is a joke right ?  Are we going backwards ?  2005 had faster data

Keyboard is a joke , you have to concentrate 200% when typing.  You Can't go by feel as you would with a conventional qwerty and if your a big man like me , try using 10 fingers on that keyboard. I was later informed by friends that Steve Jobs himself tripped up during the demo and used the excuse , well folks It seems I can't type today , you would think he was using the device for the first time. I wish that I had watched his demo before hand.
Not compatible with business account , Lame ass AT&T, can't even support their current customers.
Nice Screen , just don't touch it while your eating , As a matter of fact Just don’t touch it at all , you thought the Motorola Razar smudged  , you aint seen nothing yet ! 
No Stereo Blue Tooth , again I say we're going backwards
As for the browser , their Safari browser is a copied version of the Picsel browser, which was used for at least a year now for windows mobile phones. works the same but has it's problems as you will read in the paragraph below.
No removable battery.
No external Memory you can't pop out the SD card, put into a random computer to transfer data, and with the internet so slow good luck emailing the data.
No Video, not to mention HD video streaming.
No Video Conferencing
Can't Send Pictures (MMS)
No Push mail (forget syncing to exchange servers)
No Voice Command
Can't use Skype on Iphone for VOIP
No Flash
No Java
No SDK (web 2.0 is not an SDK)
No send via Bluetooth
No 3rd party apps.
You can't install Tom Tom App. on it and take it around the world as a full blown GPS , and the list of disadvantages goes on and on and on.  Also recently  Researchers at Independent Security Evaluators have discovered the vulnerability to take malicious control of the iPhone from rogue websites loaded with the exploit bug. Once in the researchers at ISE have discovered that the hackers can take full administrative access over the phone allowing them to listen in on room audio or snatch the SMS log, address book, call history, email passwords and more thus talking full access of your phone. Researchers note that the only way to stay safe is to check those URLs and only visit sites that you trust which isn't very reassuring since it's hard to tell which web sites may be exploitable.  Apple has been notified of the vulnerability and  proposed a fix , but I wouldn't hold my breath and stand on one foot waiting.  But for now all I can say is save your money folks , especially that 10% restocking fee.   I think I will stick with my 02 XDA Stealth , at a 1/2  the price it delivers 10 times the preformance.  Hey T Mobile , Glad To Be Back :)
