Aloha Stadium Swap Meet
You know many of the things to do while visiting Honolulu, and if you've read my other guides you also know many of the not so well known spots to visit. The Aloha Stadium Swap Meet, in my opinion, is a MUST SEE during your visit here. Certainly you have many friends back home. And, I am sure they are all going to be hoping you'll bring them a souvenir from Hawaii. While there are many places for souvenir hunting, you can't go wrong with a visit to this swap meet. The Aloha Stadium is the location of Hawaii's largest swap meet. It is in an outdoor atmosphere that circles the Aloha Stadium. There are over 700 vendors offering a huge range of products at, in most cases, the lowest price you'll find anywhere. Most items tend to be fixed price, however, do have a try at bargaining for what you've found, especially if you're buying more than one item. At the swat meet you can find clothing, t-shirts, towels, accessories, Hawaiian souvenirs, jewelry, antiques, and ethnic food. There are also beautiful handicrafts and art pieces that are made and sold by the local artists.
